Meet Laurie Hauge: Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Laurie Hauge brings a rare combination of analytical depth, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational leadership to Cora IQ. Her career began in data analytics and business intelligence, where she developed a strong foundation in interpreting data to drive better decisions. From there, she transitioned into actuarial consulting in the business insurance sector, focusing on the emerging world of cyber events—an experience that sharpened her understanding of risk, resilience, and technology’s role in protecting organizations.

Curious and driven by a love of learning, Laurie next explored information architecture and enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, gaining firsthand insight into how systems and structure shape business outcomes. But her entrepreneurial instincts soon took over. She co-founded and ran a successful indoor golf club, where she discovered the rewards of building something from the ground up and co-leading her own venture.

A chance conversation on the golf course led her to Tomegan Marketing, where she joined the leadership team and quickly made her mark. Laurie helped guide website operations strategy and implementation for global communications teams in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and industrial automation sectors, blending technology with creativity and business insight.

At Cora IQ, Laurie’s passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technology drives her to push boundaries and build smarter solutions.

She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, two kids, and their golden retriever, Kevin. Weekends are often spent at their happy place: a peaceful lake retreat in Wisconsin.
